Info About the Program
The Massachusetts Commonwealth Corporation WorkForce Training Fund (MCCWTFP) is a set of grants that allow companies and their employees to seek out knowledge from other organizations that will supply better results for their own company. Its mission is to provide small businesses with the resources to improve their Massachusetts-based work skills and maintain the economic strength and viability of the commonwealth’s businesses.
For companies over 100 employees, you would be eligible for up to 50% reimbursement of the total course value with a maximum payout of $4,500 per employee per course. For companies under 100 employees, you are eligible for reimbursement of up to 100% of the cost of the course with there also being a $4,500 per employee per course maximum and, additionally, a $45,000 limit per employee per year if the employee is taking multiple courses.

Instructions About the Program
Once a course has been completed you must fill out the reimbursement form (link can also be found below in Section 3). After completion of the form, you should receive reimbursement within 30 days. A reimbursement request includes a completed and signed reimbursement form, a list of trainee names, an invoice from the training provider, and proof that the employer has paid the total cost of training.

How to Register
Simply click here and follow the application process in order to register for one of our courses through TrainingPro. Once you’ve filled out the application and have been approved, you will then be eligible for reimbursements on the courses taken. Click here for the link to the reimbursement request form.
